Michael Jackson is the King of Music and the King of Hearts ! And he will always be. All the time you ask whether Michael still is the King of Pop. We see your polls, but we don't answer them. Because your kinds of questions are not accurate. Of course is Michael the King of Pop, because nobody on earth every sold more CDs than he did. You can ask your readers about whether they like him, but never doubt his success in general! Michael Jackson did more for the music-industry than any other artist. He is there for 35 years now. And you let kids who are not half that old judge him?? Even worse: first you judge his face, his look - things which are not important at all - and spread this "look-he's-more-spooky-than-Dracula!-thing" and then ask whether he's a flop? That's not fair! And we, Michael's real fans and friends all over the world, will not accept that.
We ask you to treat Michael Jackson with the respect he gains for being what he is. And here we don't talk about success. Again, we're talking about respect. And he doesn't have to earn that, he already gained it during all those years. Please recognize that we stand behind Michael - in the past now and forever. No matter what the world may say:
Michael Jackson is a HEARTBREAKER. Our hearts belong to him and he will always ROCK OUR WORLD. We DON'T WALK AWAY from him, even if we sometimes have to CRY and are really SPEECHLESS because of all the rumors that are spread about him. WHATEVER HAPPENS, Michael Jackson is UNTOUCHABLE, UNBREAKABLE and most of all INVNCIBLE.

With this petition we are asking to fire Thomas D. Mottola since we know from several sources that Tommy Mottola is directly responsible for boycotting the latest Michael Jackson’s album called Invincible, he is directly accountable for trying to destroy Michael's career. This is not possible for a company like yours to have such a terrible man in charge of Sony Music USA; He has already tried to destroy artists like Mariah Carey and George Michael in the Past. We cannot tolerate a man like this runs a company, He is killing Music, he is killing art and we will not let him to do that any longer. We are so indignant as consumers of your products of this unfair treatment to the world’s greatest artist in the Music industry, and in general with the Music. We will stop buying any Sony product until this man leaves Sony USA.

I am creating this petition because I want to see all of the tabloids burned and out-of-print. You see what they did to Michael Jackson, and many, many other stars. Well now is our chance to do something about it. I want you to think about all of your favorite star and if you remember what the tabloids did to Michael Jackson, imagine if that happened to your favorite star. Imagine how you would feel. Petition: Boycott NBC and Saturday Night Live!
To: NBC
By now, we have all heard about the charges that were brought against Michael Jackson years ago, which were then dropped by the people who filed charges against him. NBC, however, felt the need to re-try Michael and find him guilty and depict him as a child molestor in November 10th's episode of Saturday Night Live. If you were unfortunate to see this episode, you were more than likely as disgusted and upset as the signers of this petition were. One can only think that NBC did this in an effort to hurt Michael's career. Why they would bring up such charges at any time, being that the charges were dropped, doesn't make any sense. But at this time, when Michael is promoting his new work, makes one jump to only one conclusion. NBC is trying be judge and jury in a case that does not exist. With this, you should boycott NBC.
This petition will be brought to NBC's attention. NBC will hopefully make some sort of apology to Michael, his family, and his fans, who are all offended and hurt by NBC's actions. If NBC refuses to make an apology, the petition will continue to be circulated and before Sweeps, NBC will be contacted again. If NBC still refuses to apologize, signers of this petition will start boycotting NBC during Sweeps until NBC apologizes for its actions.
If after so long, NBC still refuses to take the action that we are asking, we will then boycott NBC's sponsors. Either way, NBC will own up to its actions, either by apologizing, or by losing sponsors.

September 29, 2002, Channel 5 aired a program in the UK, entitled "Michael Jackson's Face". The program was aired to purposely ridicule Michael Jackson as a person and as an entertainer. They used such words as, ugly, grotesque, and bizarre. The program focused on Michael Jackson's appearance. The program was an utter disgrace. No person should ever deserve that treatment and disrespect. Channel 5 is required to follow the ITC Statement that includes the following in which they did not respect:
Section 1: Family Viewing Policy, Offence to Good Taste and Decency, Portrayal of Violence and Respect for Human Dignity
1.8 Respect for Human Dignity
Individuals should not be exploited needlessly or caused unnecessary distress, nor should the audience be made to feel mere voyeurs of others' distress.
Section 2: Privacy, Gathering of Information, etc.
2.1(i) The Public Interest
There will be occasions when an individual's right to respect for private and family life, or a licensee's right to freedom of expression, may be restricted in the public interest. Any act that relies on a defence of public interest must be proportional to the actual interest served. This will be a balancing exercise which will depend on the individual circumstances of each case. Where, for example, there is a significant intrusion into an individual's private affairs, particularly where that individual is innocent of any offence and/or where there is a significant risk of distress, an important public interest is likely to be required.
Examples of a public interest which may justify an intrusion into an individual's privacy include:
(i) detecting or exposing crime or a serious misdemeanour;
(ii) protecting public health or safety;
(iii) preventing the public from being misled by some statement or action of an individual or organisation;
(iv) exposing significant incompetence in public office.
2.7 Opportunity to take part
Where a programme alleges wrongdoing or incompetence, or contains a damaging critique of any individual or organisation, those concerned should normally be offered an opportunity to take part or otherwise comment on the allegations. If a statement is offered, and the licensee considers it necessary to edit this, editing should be done in such a way as to represent its original content as fairly as possible. If the proposed contributor is unable or unwilling to participate, this need not prevent the programme going ahead, but care must be taken to give as fair an account as possible of his/her position. Reference to his/her absence should be made in a fair and appropriate manner."
If you agree that this program "Michael Jackson's Face" sincerely was an utter disgrace to Michael, please sign this petition. Please, I only want those signatures that agree with this petition. This is a fight against the bad media that has been circling Michael for years. I'm creating this petition because I want fans of the King of Pop to boycot Saturday Night Live (SNL), Mad TV, The View, and The O'Riley Factor for what they said about Michael Jackson. On one episode of SNL, they had a skit in the video, "You Rock My World". They had someone dress up as MJ and someone slid an empty bottle over to the "MJ". In the video, Michael breaks the bottle. Well on the SNL skit, they made look like MJ is so weak he can't break a bottle. Then, another guy takes the same bottle that the "MJ" had and breaks it without even trying. On Mad TV, I forgot the actual skit, but one part of it was when "MJ" was kissing a girl. Then, when the girl pulled her hands away, there was white powder all over her hands. On The View, they were talking about MJ. Then, Meredith Vierra asked do you think that Michael Jackson is a legend? Well, Star Jones said yes. When Joy Bahar answered, she said no and went even further to compare him to Britney Spears!!!! This is taken from an e-mail that I recieved on July 19, sent to me by MJacksonchic. Here is what the e-mail said: I am writing to you to tell you that last night I watched a program called "Who's Annoying me now" on Fox network, and it was terrible in what this news man "Bill O'Reilly" said about MJ. Please help me set him straight with emails letting him know MJ is wanted in everyones home, it is this mans negative comments that will sway viewers to think badly of MJ. This was Bill O'Reilly's comment about MJ:
"Michael Jackson is blaming his record company Sony for poor promotion of his latest album "Invincible" Michael Jackson, get it through your head no one wants a child molester in their home, along with your scarey looks to scare little children."
This was totally uncalled for!! This program was on Fox station and here is this guy's email address and I hope you spread it to as many other fans as you can to bombard this jerk and set him straight. oreilly@foxnews.com His name is Bill O'Reilly.

Petition to Michael to release live performens DVD!

Despite Michael Jackson is probably the most complete and successful artist of all time, proving his skills as a singer, actor, dancer, producer, composer... it is strange the fact that none of his live shows has ever been published commercially. No doubt about it, one of the most valuable elements in Michael Jackson's career is the greatness of his live performances, his attendance records, selling dozens of hundreds of tickets out in minutes for every seat in the world's most prestigious venues night after night, year after year, decade after decade... Despite the criticism and roumors spread by the media along all these times, and beside our personal opinion about his persona, nobody can say that Michael Jackson hasn't got an amazing talent; a talent that is meant to be proved onstage. His musical short films are understood as master pieces, but they are masterpieces well known around the world already. On the other hand, there are so many fans and public in general that have never seen one of those concerts and have to consider themselves fortunate when watching some brief performances at some award ceremony.
With this petition, this club de fans, on behalf of all Michael Jackson fans around the world in general, is asking the artist himself and his camp, encouraging them to consider the commercial release of some of his concerts. Almost every single concert have been filmed on high quality video formats, and very few countries have ever aired some of these shows.
If one or serveral Michael Jackson projects were available featuring footage of his performing, backstage documentaries, never before seen video of his trips around the world, his relationship with the fans, etc, we are sure Michael Jackson would again beat records as he already did with the sales of The Making Of Thriller, the never-ending exhibition of Captain Eo at Disney parks, or the CBS audience ratings of the 30th Anniversary concerts held in New York City in September 2001. Of all the concerts celebrated by the Jackson Five and later on The Jacksons for fifteen years, just some minutes have ever being published. The Bad, Dangerous and HIStory tours are spectacles that many fans just don't know but in a bunch of pictures.
Why there are no Michael Jackson solo live albums released? Why the DVD revolution hasn't been taken as a perfect moment for the release of any of his concerts, out of the hundreds of gigs filmed for over thirty years? With this petition we hope to show Michael Jackson and his profesional camp the great expectation there is towards the eventual commercial release of these great, unrepeatable shows.
